Resistance Band At Home Workouts

Follow along with Tanner and Hanna as they take you through a workout that you can do at home.
This can be done with our without our resistance bands. Give it a try and stay healthy:
- 3 Rounds
- 15 Seconds Scissor Burpees
- 30 Squat jump + 3 lateral steps
- 30 Squat jumps
- 15 Wall sit + arm separators
Finish your workout with a walk outside, hop on a spin bike, or stretch it out! Any and all are good options – the goal is to simply allow your body to cool down, recover, and decrease as much stiffness or soreness as possible.
The Resistance Band Workout You Never Thought You Needed
It’s pretty crazy to think that the majority of us don’t have access to a gym right now. Never thought we’d see the day!
But if you’re like us, we’re making the best of it and doing at-home workouts to keep ourselves moving! Trust us – if you do the right bodyweight exercises correctly, you won’t need to be grabbing awkward household items for “weight” to get a good workout in.
It just goes to show that fitness is accessible for everyone in some capacity – and you ARE capable of making it work!
