Resistance Band At Home Workouts

Follow along with Kailan as she takes you through a workout that you can do at home.
This can be done with our without our resistance bands. Give it a try and stay healthy:
- Bulgarian split squat 3×10 each side
- Rest 90 seconds between sets
- 3 Rounds (rest 90 seconds between rounds)
- 20 Romanian deadlifts
- 20 Banded squats
- 20 Banded side lying hip abductions
- Super set (rest 60 seconds between super sets)
- Bicep curls 3×15
- Banded triceps extensions 3×20 each side
- Russian twist 3×20
- Rest 30 seconds between sets
Finish your workout with a walk outside, hop on a spin bike, or stretch it out! Any and all are good options – the goal is to simply allow your body to cool down, recover, and decrease as much stiffness or soreness as possible.
